Saving Faces is committed to helping clients look and feel their best through customized treatments, quality service and education. We believe in treating the skin with respect and incorporate both holistic and scientific approach to skin care.

Our salon has been successfully operating for over 10 years. Located just a 1/2 mile from the beach in Marina del Rey, CA, this unique, eclectic salon is known for keeping the Westside beach communities aglow. Jenny Evans and Shawna Albright, owners of Saving Faces Skin Care, have traveled the world together from Istanbul to Costa Rica in search of advanced skin care therapies and techniques. With a combined 30 years of experience, Jenny and Shawna are committed to bringing you the best in the business with constant education, extensive product knowledge and a nurturing touch.


Therapist Bios
Born and raised in Santa Monica, Shawna Albright deeply cares about the area and the people living in it. Being near the beach, where sun damage is common, she became aware of how essential skin care is. Continual education is very important to her, and even after working 17 years as an esthetician, she keeps current with all of the latest tools and treatments. She firmly believes that helping clients improve their complexion is essential to feeling beautiful, inside and out. It’s all about leading a healthy lifestyle. What you eat, exercise, the skin care products you use – also that all-important SPF – these are all vital to staying youthful. She helps her clients discover a customized skin care program for them to extend the benefits of their facial at home.

California native Jenny Evans has been a licensed esthetician for nearly 15 years. Her approach to skin care is both holistic and clinical. She brings her talents as an esthetician, specialized Brazilian waxer, and natural food advocate to her craft. Jenny helps her clients understand how internal factors, life styles, diet choices, stress and external effects such as seasonal change, and the environment impact your skin. Jenny brings skin back to balance.

Deluxe Lifting Facial {1hr.} 85.00
This Deluxe facial is designed to restore health and balance to the skin. Included is a micro current treatment that firms and tones the skin including the eye area, diminishing fine lines and puffiness.

Acne Facial {1hr.} 75.00
Deep cleans pores, calms redness with a combination of antiseptics and anti-inflammatory. Immediate improvement after one treatment, but for longer lasting results we recommend a treatment series.

Power Peel Facial {1hr.} 100.00
Utilizing lactic acid, salicyclic acid, plus retinol, this multivitamin cocktail normalizes and exfoliates skin, creating a smoother, even-textured appearance. (for dry, dehydrated, mature skin)

Medical Grade Microdermabrasion {45min.} 90.00 or {1hr.} 110.00
This treatment includes a deep cleansing before blasting away old, dull skin cells, followed by a calming hydrating mask, relaxing neck and shoulder massage, finishing up with moisturizer and sun protection. This treatment includes The Signature Facial along with microdermabrasion.

Policies
As a courtesy to other clients and our therapists, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid full charge of all scheduled services. Also, please be mindful of others. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Our facility is a place where many clients come to simply relax. Lastly, in our effort to maintain a serene environment we ask that you please turn off cell phones while visiting Saving Faces.

Double-dipping is a common practice in wax application. Unfortunately this technique increased the chances that any potential bacteria from one client could spread to another, hence our no double-dip policy, this way you can love your hair free skin and our affordable service without any of the worry you might feel at some other spa.

Consultations are by appointment and we have gift certificates too.
